Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review and confirm the total cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Before we ship out your order, we have to prepare your products, double check the inventory, pass quality-control procedures and carefully package the items. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is based on business days, and is only an estimation. This do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

Please note that an additional shipping cost may be incurred for non-apparel items. This is usually due to irregular sizes or heavy weights, e.g. cushions & ornament (packed in boxes).


Shipping Address & Contact Info

Please put your address with full details including street number/building number if applicable. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by invalid information provided by customers. Commonly seen negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address / contact number / consignee's name. In this case, we are often unable to get in touch with you. Despite our best efforts to contact you, we may still be unable to ship out the item / process a refund. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@novaguys.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Customs Fees

Novaguys (Novaguys.com) will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with the customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fee and duties, we recommend you reaching out to us before placing an order.

Orders include pre-sale product

If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready. Please contact us if you prefer to have your item(s) shipped separately at support@novaguys.com . Customers are subject to potential additional shipping cost for separate shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.
